I’ve been training at the Wellness Center at DME for over a year now and its been an amazing experience mentoring under Stillman Rice and John Linde. My passion for gaining knowledge and helping others in the health industry grew out of my own experiences in the health and fitness world. My objective as a personal trainer it help my clients reach their goals and see the results they desire. I’ve developed my own philosophy and I think about this anytime im training a client or developing an exercise program for them.
